School Dress & Uniform

Students at Stanstead College pride themselves in maintaining superior personal standards. This includes standards of dress. Students are expected to be neatly dressed at all times and in the authorized school attire. The school's uniform supplier is Top Marks in Montreal. School Uniform

School Uniform must be worn on school academic and team trips, for specified special activities and to and as otherwise designated by the school.

School blazer with crest -- red (fitted), navy blue (traditional cut)
White dress shirt - Oxford cloth with button-down collar
Red school tie
Grey pants (fitted or unisex; Top Marks only) or grey kilt (must be no shorter than 2 inches - 5 cm - above the knee
Black leather dress belt with slacks
Grey knee socks or black dress socks
Black leather dress shoes
Black Chelsea-style leather boots, no laces

School Dress

School Dress must be worn throughout each academic day and to all school functions unless advised otherwise. Juniors must have a gym uniform that can be purchased at the tuck shop.

JUNIOR SCHOOL

White or blue button down Oxford with button-down collar
House tie
Grey V-neck pullover
Navy V-neck pullover
Optional: Grey sleeveless school pullover
Optional: Navy cardigan
Grey pants (fitted or unisex; Top Marks only) or grey kilt (must be no shorter than 2 inches - 5 cm - above the knee)
Black leather dress belt with slack
Grey knee socks or black dress socks

Gym Uniform (mandatory)

Grey gym top (unisex)
Boys' gym shorts

SENIOR SCHOOL

White or light-coloured Oxford with button-down collar
House tie
Optional: blazer in muted colours (e.g. grey, navy, brown, beige, black or pastel)
Grey pants (fitted or unisex; Top Marks only) or navy kilt, grey kilt or Royal Stewart (must be no shorter than 2 inches - 5 cm - above the knee)
Black leather dress belt with pants
Navy & grey V-neck pullover
Optional: Grey sleeveless school pullover

Spring Dress

Spring Dress is an option for School Dress starting May 1. Spring Dress is ordered by uniform coordinator at campus store.

White or red school polo shirt
Grey slacks (Top Marks only) or school skirt (skirts must be no shorter than 2 inches - 5 cm - above the knee)
Black leather belt with pants
Grey knee socks or black dress socks
Black dress leather shoes or Chelsea style boot

Outer Wear

The approved Stanstead College outerwear with school uniform is the winter coat (black/embroidered), supplied by Top Marks. Hats or caps are not to be worn during the academic day, in assembly, in the dining hall or in study hall at any time, including casual dress days.
