Fall Athletes Honoured at Assembly
Stanstead College officially closed the first sports season of the school year with its annual Fall Athletic Assembly, held at Centenary Church on Wednesday, November 6.
It was another successful season for the Spartans, with league and playoff titles for all three boys soccer teams, including an undefeated ETIAC seasons for the Senior Boys and Bantam Boys Spartans. The cross-country running team also captured the ETIAC title.
Stanstead also hosted a highly successful CAIS Senior Girls Soccer Tournament, welcoming 18 teams from across the country.
Director of Athletics Adam Spirk listed several thank yous for a successful fall season, ending with the coaches.
"They're the backbones of our sports memories and give so much to the program," he said.
